OUR DELIVERY SERVICE

We understand the importance of how, when and where you receive your order. That’s why we adapt our service to fit our clients’ needs.

Our vehicles include:

TRUCK WITH FORKLIFT: Available for big orders and perfect for those large sites still under construction.

TIP TRUCK: Great for small orders or inner-city jobs where access can be an issue.

With each delivery we guarantee:

A confirmation e-mail directly after placing the order online, stating the delivery date and whether it will be in the AM or PM. 

On the day of delivery you will receive a text message advising that your order has left our warehouse at Bayswater North and an approximate arrival time.

If no one is on site to receive the delivery – don’t worry, we’ll send you a photo of your order safely delivered to your site.

All orders are secured using PP (polypropylene) strapping. This ensures the order is safe and sturdy to travel to its delivery destination.

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to current Worksafe practices in Victoria drivers are not expected to unload deliveries by hand, nor are they expected to carry sleepers, steel etc. into a customer's property.
